Andy Davis

With over 25 years of experience in health and fitness, Andy specialises in rehabilitative exercise, and exercise correction and has a clinic to also treat any issues. He holds a degree in Sports Therapy previously taught at the University of Kent of the Degree course and has multiple qualifications in personal training and functional movement. Andy is passionate about helping clients build strength for everyday life and regain mobility while making workouts enjoyable for mental well-being.

Nicola Murphy

Nicola brings 20+ years of experience in the industry as a group instructor with a focus on group exercise and wellness coaching and is very busy with personal clients 1-2-1. She is skilled in adapting workouts for individuals with medical conditions and is committed to creating a positive, motivating atmosphere with a sympathetic ear to listen. Nicola’s enthusiasm for health inspires clients to change their lifestyles for better health.

Katie Rees

A certified nutritionist and personal trainer, Katie has 5 years of experience helping clients achieve their health goals. She specializes in nutrition education and lifestyle coaching, integrating diet and exercise for holistic well-being. Katie believes that small changes lead to significant results, and she loves sharing that journey with her clients.

Sarah Manton

With a background in exercise referral schemes for many years, the motivation to gain improvement in those who need guidance to improve their health is a motivating factor. Sarah has 20+ years of experience working with diverse populations and conditions. She focuses on functional fitness and health management with movement, ensuring clients feel safe and supported during their exercise sessions.
