FAQs
What does the membership provide?
Your membership gives you access to the same scheduled classes each week, helping create routine, consistency, and real health progress. Each session is limited to 8 people, with the option to attend up to three times per week, keeping groups supportive and personal. We run two fixed groups — one morning and one evening — allowing you to train with the same individuals regularly and build strong habits over just three hours a week. All sessions take place in a private studio away from the busy town centre, with easy parking, creating a calm and accessible environment. Sessions are booked weekly and include both guided exercise and education, so the focus isn’t on pushing you to exhaustion, but on helping you become healthier, stronger, and more confident over time.
Are the staff highly qualified and experienced?
Yes. While many gyms are qualified to improve fitness safely, our team brings a higher level of expertise. With degree-level education and extensive experience working with medical and physical conditions, we go beyond simply “taking it easy.” We understand risk factors, medications, and how certain conditions can change over time, allowing us to guide exercise safely and effectively while still delivering real health improvements. This deeper knowledge means sessions are carefully planned to maximise results and help you become the healthiest version of yourself.
What are we Different?
We focus on real health improvements, not just weight loss. Each month, we track meaningful progress such as blood pressure, body fat (not just scale weight), strength, cardiovascular fitness, sleep quality, stress levels, aches and pains, blood sugar control (where relevant), and resting heart rate — the measures that genuinely improve long-term health. Sessions include education so you understand how exercise benefits your body and can make informed choices beyond the gym. While training is done in supportive small groups, every member receives individualised warm-ups, guidance on monitoring intensity, and a structured 21-day approach to building strength, stamina, and mobility. We remove the anxiety around exercise by supporting you at every session, helping you train with confidence alongside people with similar goals — all focused on becoming healthier for life.
Membership fees
Membership is available after completing the 21-day challenge, allowing you to experience the quality, structure, and support of our sessions before making a commitment. Once you’ve seen and felt the benefits of consistent, professionally guided training, you can progress into our weekly membership classes. Full pricing details are clearly outlined on the Classes page for transparency.
How long is the commitment for the membership?
Membership is a simple 3-month commitment from the day you sign up. We believe this is the ideal timeframe to build consistency, see real health improvements, and create positive habits without feeling locked into a long contract. We don’t offer 12-month memberships, as long commitments can be a barrier to getting started. Three months gives you the space to focus, commit with confidence, and experience the benefits without overthinking the decision.
Is a doctor's referral necessary to join?
You do not need a doctor’s referral to join, as you can self-refer. However, for your safety, we may require confirmation from your GP or healthcare professional that any medical condition is stable before you start. Unfortunately, we cannot accept individuals with unstable or unmanaged conditions. If you are unsure, we strongly recommend seeking medical advice before beginning the programme to ensure it is safe and appropriate for you.
