What does the membership provide in terms of class access?
There are three types of membership, ONE class a week, PEAK – any day any time, and OFF-PEAK Monday to Friday until 3 pm.
Membership fees
The first 100 members to sign are at a reduced price with no increase for the next few years. We will inform anyone in plenty of time of any increases.
What should I prepare for the appointment after signing up?
Once you sign up, you will need to make an appointment to meet us to discuss your needs so we can advise the best classes for you, take information, and take a few basic measurements like blood pressure, etc.—no scales or invasive measurements or tests, just a conversation to get you started. Bring medication lists.
How long is the commitment for the membership?
Commitment is a 3-month membership from the day you sign up; we believe in helping those who are in the right phase of motivation/health and getting the rewards. We won't do 12-month contracts as we don’t want to put pressure on those who want to make a difference in their health.
Is a doctor's referral necessary to join?
You don’t need a doctor’s referral as you can self-refer, but we may need your healthcare professional to make sure your medical condition is stable before starting. We do recommend you seek medical advice first.
